If you want to see some of the newest loft apartments, hotels and office spaces in downtown Buffalo, here’s your chance.

The third annual Buffalo Living Tour will tour six high-end stops, including luxury living that’s not open to the public.

Stops include the Courtyard by Marriott and new Phillips Lytle LLP offices at One Canalside, the former Lake Hotel at 201 W. Huron St., the Planing Mill at 141 Elm St., the Fairmount Creamery at 199 Scott St., the new Hilton Garden Inn at the former Tishman Building at 10 Lafayette Square, and the Graystone at 24 Johnson Park.

The free program, to be held Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., will start at One Canalside, at 125 Main St. Two vintage trolleys, hosted by The Buffalo News’ Homefinder Extra, will travel to all locations starting at 10:45 a.m.

Or participants can do their own tour with a free map, available online at www.buffalolivingtour.net or at Visit Buffalo Niagara inside the Market Arcade Building, the Buffalo Chop House, the Ellicott Square, and at Citybration events.

The program is sponsored by Nationwide Insurance, Creative Storage, room-Buffalo, MP Interior Design, The Buffalo News, Buffalo Citybration, the Wellness Institute of Greater Buffalo and WNY, and Entercom Radio’s WBEN 930 and Star 102.5.
